Information found in reporting can be exported to be shared and viewed offline in applications like Excel, Numbers, and Google Sheets. Reports can be exported on both the Videos Report and Video Details pages in Reporting.
The rule of thumb for exporting reports is "What You See Is What You Get" - meaning, whatever filters are active at the time you select export will determine the data included in the report that is downloaded).
When on the Videos Report page, if filters are applied, selecting Export will download a report with data that matches the criteria of the filters set at that time.
If no filters are applied on the Videos Report page, then you will download ALL the data associated with your brand. A pop-up warning message will display when you try to do this because the file may take a few minutes to download depending on the size of your brand's EP and the speed of your internet connection.
When exporting from the Video Details page, if filters are applied, the downloaded report will contain data that matches the criteria of the filters set at that time.
Exporting without filters applied on the Video Details page should not present the same issue as it does from the Videos Report page because you are only downloading the data for the video you are currently viewing in reporting.
