How to view different brands in my organization

Owners, Salon Support, and Other Employees

Users like Owners, Salon Support, and other employees who need to view reporting for multiple brands in an organization will have multi-brand access (i.e. they will be able to switch between brands within the same account without the need to log out.) Follow these steps to view different brands within your organization:

1. In the top left of the screen, activate the brand dropdown by selecting the brand displayed (if viewing on a mobile device, use the drop down menu in the top right of the screen).

2. A pop-up menu will display - choose the brand you wish to view and select Apply. The brand you are actively viewing will show in the top left of the screen.
