How to temporarily block user access

Owners

Owners can temporarily block users from logging in following these steps:

1. Navigate to the reports page and select either of the Reporting options (User or Organization / Salons)
2. Select any video on the Video Report page
3. On the Video Details page search or filter for the user you wish to temporarily block.
4. Select the Lock icon to block the user’s account.

The icon will change colors to indicate the action is active (i.e. the user cannot log in to Education Playground). To revert (re-allow access), simply select the icon again.
